Through the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs, taxpayers can receive a 90% tax credit against their personal PA state income tax liability. Those tax dollars are then self-directed to support lower-income students at the school of their choice.
